SNM 2A Automatic Aluminium Notching Saw Machine for notching (multi angle groove cutting like V L etc) of Aluminium sections for structural work has two saw blades having diameter of 450mm and 500mm, mounted horizontally and vertically facing each other to carry out notching at different angles. Vertically adjustable profile rest plate, angle setting of each saw blade by digital indicator cater to all kind of notching with fewer settings.Features and Functionality:ü  The machine has horizontal notching capacity of 135mm and vertical notching capacity of 160 mm.ü  Both Horizontal and Vertical blades can be tilted up-to ± 45° with a help of a handwheel through feedback from Digital angle indicator.ü  The profile rest plate can accommodate Profile height up-to 155 mm Profile width up-to 280 mm ü  Pneumatic spray mist lubrification for both saw blades gives long life to blades as well as ensuring burr free cutting.ü  Handwheel enabled adjustable profile resting table provides the option to do nothing in a wide range of profiles of variable dimensions.ü  The blade carriage actuated by pneumatic cylinder with counter acting shocker for jerk free cutting of heavier aluminium sections.ü  Depth adjuster with fence tilting up-to 45 degree allows notching at different state of positioning of profiles.

Product Details:

Corner Crimping Machine for Aluminium is used for the assembly of doors and windows made of aluminium through the technology of the crimping method, the assembly is achieved by crimping the wall of two profiles at the corner joint. The profiles are crimped over a previously inserted contoured corner bracket. The machine is pneumatically operated. The Machine comes with complete set of punch blades.
